Centrally located and beautifully renovated. The staff is attentive and accommodating, making sure all needs are met. Rooms are spacious and equipped with modern facilities, including powerful showers. Breakfast is delicious and caters to dietary restrictions. The décor is traditional and adds authenticity to the stay.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to tapas bars, restaurants, and all the historic sites. It was nice to be able to explore the city without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and provide assistance. The room was comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One thing I didn't like was that there was ongoing construction work going on underneath our room, which we were not informed about beforehand. It didn't really affect our stay, but it would have been nice to have been informed about it.

We experienced some inconvenience due to the nearby roadworks, which made accessing the hotel difficult. We were not informed in advance about the ongoing roadworks, which resulted in a feeling of disappointment upon arrival.

We loved everything about staying here! This place is in the old town which makes it incredibly convenient to get to all the main attractions in the city. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The room service was excellent, as was the housekeeping and laundry services. Additionally, the welcome drink was a nice touch and the tours/ticket assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very impressed with the amenities in the room, especially the comfortable sitting area and terrace. Our room was also very quiet and we slept well.
